Bicycle rental fee (Includes : pedals and tool set, delivery fee to the preferred public bike parking or hotel. collection fee and tax)

 

・Please choose pedals from Shimano SPD-SL / Look KEO / Flat pedals

・All optional rentals are free (Only men's outfit and shoes with limited sizes/unisex helmets and gloves) if you need any items

    please include them when you reply to the first booking confirmation email 

 

■Premium Road bike

 

1 day (delivery to bicycle parking, return to bicycle parking): 12,000 yen (the bike should be returned before18:00)

 

From the 2nd day onwards : ・9,000 yen/day ・35,000 yen for 1 week・70,000 yen for 1 month(regardless of return method)

◾️Deliver and pick up service

1 day : 8,000 yen / We deliver road bikes to your accommodation where you are staying in Tokyo. After use, we come back to your hotel / airbnb to pick it up

(Delivery time 18:30-21:00 / Pick up time 15:00-18:00) in person.

 

■Road bike

1 day (delivery to bicycle parking, return to bicycle parking): 10,000 yen (the bike should be returned at 18:00)

 

From the 2nd day onwards : ・7,000 yen/day ・25,000 yen for 1 week・45,000 yen for 1 month(regardless of return method) 

 

■Cross bike

1 day (delivery to bicycle parking, return to bicycle parking): 9,000 yen (the bike should be returned at 18:00)

 

From the 2nd day onwards : ・5,000 yen/day ・20,000 yen for 1 week・40,000 yen for 1 month(regardless of return method)]

 

■Guided cycling tour (Apply at least 2 days before the preferred day /Tour fee is per one person 

     

Course A: Tokyo Loop 12,000 yen per person (60-90km-/5-6 hours)

Course B: Tokyo,Saitama pedalata 15,000 yen per person (100-130km/6-8 hours)

 

■Cancellation fee (Bike rental / Guided bike tour)

 

Until 17:00 the day before use: Free

From 17:00 to 20:00 on the day before use : 50% of the tour or rental fee (50% of the amount paid at the time of reservation will be refunded)

From 21:00 on the day before use to the day: 100% of the tour or rental fee

Unused without notice of cancellation: 100% of the tour or rental fee

 

■Extension fee (Extension will be accepted only the case that return is delayed due to circumstances such as trouble during use)

 

After 18:00 until 20:00 / 2,000 yen (fixed price)

 

■In case of theft of bikes while in use

 

・Cross bike

You will be charged 30,000 yen regardless of the state of the bicycle in use. Rental fee will be charged separately

 

・Road bike

You will be charged 50,000 yen regardless of the state of the bicycle in use. Rental fee will be charged separately

 

 

・Premium road bike

You will be charged 70,000 yen regardless of the state of the bicycle in use. Rental fee will be charged separately
